Where are the accommodations located?
The apartments are in [Ville]; the villas (coming soon) are in [Ville 2], on the leeward coast of Guadeloupe.
Do prices include the tourist tax?
Yes. The displayed nightly price includes the tourist tax: nothing extra to pay on arrival for this.
Which services are included in the nightly rate?
High-speed Wi-Fi, bed and bath linen, start and end cleaning, welcome basket, private laundry and private parking. The spa is included in the lofts.
Can I book additional services?
Yes: mid-stay cleaning, baby equipment (cot, high chair) and beach gear are available on request, with a choice of quantities.
Are the villas bookable?
Not yet. Leave your email on the Villas page to be notified first when bookings open.
How do check-in and check-out work?
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out before 11 am. A shuttle from Pointe-à-Pitre airport is available on request.
